Laurel’s show name is the latin name of the bay laurel, used in ancient Rome to make crowns symbolizing victory. This is because Laurel is my special dog with 62 SGCh ancestors, the end of my show dog project. Now Laurel will rest on her laurels and bask in her own glory, lol!
