Just Ate Chocolate

Computers was so much fun today! I made all these cute little creatures for my animations. We had an hour and a half of computers so I got quite a few done. We had a shortened math period, so we just worked on a sheet. I can’t believe that was all the homework we got for the whole long weekend. We didn’t really have a science class because we had the assembly that period. I was sitting beside Jessie Gibson and Ms. Gobeil for a bit of it. It turns out that I got Summa Cum Laude this term also. I’m so happy! We couldn’t really have gym either, because the chairs were all set up in the gym, so Mark and I just talked and ate chocolate. I told him that I really liked the band’s second song. He said it was the first time they’d played it all the way through. It sounded really good to me. At lunch, I revised Alex Irving’s essay and finished my math homework. I can’t remember why, but Kim and I were practicing our kicks and splits in the hall. I’m closer to the splits now than I have ever been before. Social was fun at first, because we watched Air Farce but then we just did the charts again. I finished mine, though. LA was a short period so we just talked until the bell. We’re going to write letters to important people, and I think I’ll write to Bill Gates. I want to work for him. Hehe. She still has my scrapbook. She said she was going to Lethbridge on Friday and Saturday, which is painful, because I’m going on Sunday and Monday. Lethbridge is small enough that we might see eachother, and grandma and grandpa live on 16th Ave. and she said that she’s just be blocks away. Oh well.

At dance we were in the evil multi-purpose room. Kill it, Shannon! Get this, I was allowed to sit at Kim’s table today. Yes, Mel conflicted that at first but I think she just plain forgot I existed after awhile. She got me a Valentine and a sucker though. It’s like sometimes she’s a good friend to me and then I turn around and she’s hitting me and telling me where I can’t stand. Literally. I don’t know what to think about that girl sometimes. I want to be her friend and I don’t know what it is about me that she hates so much. I had to leave early from dance because dad and mom were going out for Valentines day. Aww. I watched Gundam Wing while I organized my French binder. That is the most boring show I’ve ever seen. It has a catchy theme song though. People argue that Escaflowne is just as boring as Gundam Wing, but I violently oppose that. Escaflowne has romances… Plus, geez, at least Escaflowne took the time to translate their logo into English.
