Happy Ending

on
May 13, 2001

I finished my math homework and corrections and my science notes and homework. There’s a poetry assignment in LA but it’s not due for awhile. I still don’t have my poem/lyric yet though so erm… I might be in trouble for that… seeing as my class and teacher all have this subconscience expectation for me to get 100% on anything that has to do with poetry. Sigh. I can’t wait for summer.

Mike’s birthday party was yesterday, but I hardly noticed because he was at the church for most of the day and I was at a dance rehearsal for about four hours. I was drawing for the last twenty minutes. I really want to learn how to draw Celena’s hair right. I’m about half way there I guess. There’s another rehearsal tomorrow and ow my arm hurts… that ribbon dance…

OH! AprilĀ 4th sucked because Jen and I had totally screwed up ‘He Lives In You’ because we got almost all the choreography second hand. So I was really crapped out about that, but last Friday when we did it (after practicing it a lot, which is why my arm hurts) Amanda yelled, “thank you!” and, man, I was so happy. We all were, but I was the happiest because I had half the practice as the rest of them since I don’t usually go on Fridays. It’s like my own little happy ending.
