Artem’s Last Day

Today was Artem’s last day at our school. He’s going to high school because he’s from the Ukraine and much too advanced for us. He just needed to come to our school for a semester to improve his English. So we had a party for him during social. Laura made him a big card and everyone signed it in the morning and during math.

Mrs. Macdonell was back today. In LA a couple of people missed the spelling test awhile ago, so I got to go out into the foyer to dictate it to them. She picked me right away too. It was just like how Mrs. Lebo had Sarah and I on a list to take down the attendance when there was a sub teacher. That was funny.
